yei tanre dekhe, sei isvara kari’ kahe
aiche mohana-vidya--ye dekhe se mohe
SYNONYMS
yei—anyone who; tanre—Him; dekhe—sees; sei—that person; isvara kari’-as the Supreme Personality of Godhead; kahe—says; aiche—such; mohana-vidya—hypnotism; ye dekhe—anyone who sees; se mohe—he becomes illusioned "Whoever sees Him accepts Him as the Supreme Personality of Godhead.
Since He has some mystic power by which He hypnotizes people, everyone who sees Him is illusioned.
