sarva—all; desa—countries; kala—times; dasaya—and in circumstances; janera—of every man; kartavya—the duty; guru-pase—in the care of a spiritual master; sei—that; bhakti—devotional service; prastavya—to be inquired; srotavya—and to be heard " ’It is therefore the duty of every man-in every country, in every circumstance and at all times-to approach the bona fide spiritual master, question him about devotional service and listen to him explain the process.
