citram—wonderful; bata—oh; etat—this; ekena—with one; vapusa—form; yugapat—simultaneously; prthak—separately; grhesu—in the houses; dvi-asta-sahasram—sixteen thousand; striyah—all the queens; ekah—the one Sri Krsna; udavahat—married " ’It is astounding that Lord Sri Krsna, who is one without a second, expanded Himself in sixteen thousand similar forms to marry sixteen thousand queens in their respective homes.’
