tanra nabhi-padma haite—from His lotus navel; uthila—grew; eka—one; padma—lotus flower; sei padme—on that lotus flower; ha-ila—there was; brahmara—of Lord Brahma; janma-sadma—the place of generation "A lotus flower then sprouted from the lotus navel of that Garbhodakasayi Visnu.
That lotus flower became Lord Brahma’s birthplace.
